The Oneida Daily Dispatch is reporting that the Collinwood Inn, a New York-based bed and breakfast, will kick off the town's annual Yuletide House Tour. Sample:
Though the rooms aren’t an exact replica of the set, similar time period pieces were chosen to recreate the gothic feeling of the Collinwood Mansion in the series.

Suspected by some of being an area of paranormal activity, the inn has been investigated by paranormal groups such as the New York Shadow Chasers, the New York State Paranormal Research, Island Paranormal and the New England Ghost project. Guests have reported seeing shadowy apparitions, strange sounds, lights turning on and off by themselves and phantom cats.
Read the whole story HERE. You can find deatils and directions to the Collinwood Inn at their website, as well as tons of photos of its various rooms, which have names such as the Barnabas Room, The Julia Hoffman Room and the 1897 Drawing Room.
