Frid out Front

Slow news day, or BEST NEWS DAY EVER? I'm going with the latter.

Jonathan Frid and Tricia Nixon made the front page of The Times Recorder in Zanesville, Ohio, on Nov. 1, 1969.The cutline might not be eligible at this size (I thought it was more important to show Frid's presence "above the fold" on the front page of this issue,) but the cutline reads: Tricia Nixon is "frightened off" by a vampire (Jonathan Frid) at the North Portico entrance of the White House. The President's daughter was waiting to greet some underprivileged Washington area children to a Halloween party in the Executive Mansion.
