Here's a look at the growing Dark Shadows phenomenon from the July 30, 1967 edition of The New York Times. This was published only a few months after actor Jonathan Frid joined the cast as Barnabas Collins. The layout for this story was HUGH and I hope the final JPEG file is legible.
