Dark Shadows is a SCREEM

The latest issue of Screem Magazine features two Dark Shadows covers, one showcasing the original television series, the other dedicated to the upcoming Johnny Depp film. I just placed an online order for this issue (the classic cover, of course) and can't comment on the nature of the magazine's content, but you can order issues of Screem at the publications official website HERE.

Via the official Facebook page of Barnabas and Company, a book you should also consider ordering. It's expected to be available soon at Amazon, and is already available for the Kindle.

Johnny Depp on the cover of Fangoria

Not to be outdone by Famous Monsters of Filmland, Johnny Depp's take on Barnabas Collins will grace an upcoming issue of Fangoria (which you can preview HERE.) In between non-so-sincere assertions that the new Dark Shadows movie is not a comedy, the film's creators have promised that a bit of gruesome vampire violence will be part of the movie's "strange" tone.

Depp and Burton on the cover of Best Movie

While the promotional gears for Dark Shadows are slowly beginning to turn here in America, it looks as though Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are already plugging away in Europe. The two are the cover story for the March issue of Best Movie. If you speak Italian (I don't) you can head over to their website and take a look around.
